About the project
The PARK VIEW complex forms a new perception of modern residential infrastructure with the presence of common spaces and modern landscaping trends.
The volume of the multifunctional complex is formed by four residential blocks of variable storeys.
The maximum number of floors in the complex is 21 floors. The entire complex is united by a commercial floor.
There is a two-level guarded parking lot under the entire complex.

Balance of territory
The balance of the plot under the residential complex is determined by two principle zones.
On the one hand, there is a transit commercial area connecting the residential infrastructure along the street. Scientific, the reconstructed square and the existing residential area along Stryyska Street.
On the other hand, there is a residential, yard area, which is presented as an orderly area with a children's playground, playgrounds for sports activity and recreation

Комплекс PARK VIEW формує нове сприйняття сучасної житлової інфраструктури з наявністю загальних
просторів і сучасних тенденцій благоустрою.
Об'єм багатофункціонального комплексу формується чотирма житловими блоками змінної поверховості.
Максимальна поверховість комплекса - 21 поверх. Весь комплекс обєднаний комерційним поверхом.
Під всім комплексом розташований дворівневий паркінг, що охороняється.

Баланс території
Баланс ділянки під житловим комплексом визначається двома принциповими зонами.
З одного боку - транзитна комерційна площа, що зв'язує житлову інфраструктуру вздовж вул. Науковій,
реконструюємим сквером і існуючої житловою зоною по вулиці Стрийська.
З іншого - житлова, дворова зона, яка представлена як упорядкована територія з дитячим майданчиком,
майданчиками спортивної активності і відпочинку
