Description

This residential complex is conceived as a harmonious continuation of the natural and urban landscape. The composition organically incorporates the suburban environment, namely the dynamic of the city rhythm and the tranquility of the vineyards and panoramic views, which are part of the common space.

 

A private park, a school, retail and business spaces form a full-fledged “city within a city”. It is precisely this architectural philosophy – the combination of functionality, aesthetics and connection with the surrounding nature – that creates a key interrelation between users and the space.

 

One of the key architectural and urban planning solutions became the complete separation of transport flows and pedestrian infrastructure with the organization of a safe environment.

Цей житловий комплекс задуманий як гармонійне продовження природного та урбаністичного ландшафту. Композиція органічно вписує передмістя, а саме динаміку міського ритму та умиротвореність виноградників і панорамних видів, які є частиною загального простору.

 

Власний парк, школа, торгові та бізнес-простори утворюють повноцінне «місто в місті». Саме ця архітектурна філософія – поєднання функціональності, естетики та зв’язку з навколишньою природою – створюють ключову взаємозв’язок користувачів та простору.

 

Одним із ключових архітектурно-урбаністичних рішень стало повне розмежування транспортних потоків і пішохідної інфраструктури з організацією безпечного середовища.
