At the start of the facility, we performed a comprehensive analysis of the area, identifying the weak and strong sides of the environment. In addition to excellent transport infrastructure, we identified a weak point as the lack of green infrastructure, parks, squares, as well as the worn-out old stock without a comprehensive district renovation project.

 

Together with the client, after determining all the limitations, a project philosophy was proposed, where it is possible to combine the park, the expressive silhouette of the object and private housing.

 

The goal is to create a housing precedent for the gradual improvement of the general environment, raising the quality.

 

Own pocket park on the territory and large private landscaping on the balconies and terraces allows to create a "green explosion", which should serve as a signal for the renovation of the area and the creation of new objects that correspond to the context.

На старті об'єкту ми виконали комплексну аналітику району, визначивши слабкі та сильні сторони середовища. Окрім відмінної транспортної інфраструктури, ми визначили, що слабким місцем є відсутність зеленої інфраструктури, парків, скверів, а також зношений старий фонд без комплексного проекту реновації району.

 

Спільно з клієнтом, визначивши всі обмеження була запропонована філософія проекту, де можна об'єднати парк, виразний силует об'єкту та приватне житло.

 

Мета – створити житло-прецедент для поступового покращення загального оточення, підняття якості.

 

Власний кишеньковий парк на території та велике приватне озеленення на балконах і терасах дозволяє створити "зелений вибух", який має послужити сигналом для реновації району та створення нових об'єктів, що відповідають контексту.
